  • American boy visits all continents before turning seven
  • His travels began at eight weeks old and included Antarctica

An American boy named Wilder McGraw achieved an astonishing feat by visiting all seven continents, including Antarctica, before his seventh birthday, according to a U.S. newspaper.

His travel journey began when he was just eight weeks old, and his adventures were documented by his mother, Jordi Lippe-McGraw, and father, Ross McGraw.

His 39-year-old mother said, "We didn’t start out aiming to raise a child who would see seven continents by seven; we were just traveling because it’s part of who we are and what we love."

The report noted that Wilder’s first trip was to Portugal at eight weeks old, followed by visits to the Caribbean, Canada, and Mexico before his second birthday.

As he grew older, his travels expanded to Europe, Africa, Asia, Australia, and South America.

Before heading to South America, the couple realized he had already visited five continents. Jordi said, "My husband looked at the list and said, ‘Well… we might as well finish it.’"

The family’s latest adventure took them to Antarctica, where Wilder became one of the youngest people to set foot on the continent.

The trip was especially meaningful for his mother, who had visited Antarctica while pregnant with him.

Jordi added that their travel style isn’t just about ticking off destinations but experiencing different cultures and creating lasting memories.

She believes travel has helped Wilder develop confidence and patience in understanding the world.
