Egyptian actress and media personality Heba El Sisi grabbed attention after a video of her surfaced during a Ramadan event, showing her completely bald, revealing for the first time details of her battle with cancer and chemotherapy in a heartfelt moment that drew widespread sympathy on social media.

In the video, El Sisi wore a decorated jilbab around the neck and appeared naturally without hair after losing it due to chemotherapy, marking one of her first appearances confronting her audience in this way online.

During her conversation with journalist Khaled Farag, Heba shared details of her health journey: "I have cancer and I’m undergoing chemotherapy, and my hair fell because of it. I’ve been struggling for six months, had surgery at the beginning of the new year, took two chemo sessions, and I have four sessions left. My condition is stable, but the experience is very difficult."

Heba regularly updates her followers on her health progress through her social media accounts and recently shared a video on her official Instagram page after shaving her head completely, explaining that she also underwent major surgery after her diagnosis to begin her ongoing treatment journey.
