  • The farewell letter carried great responsibility and love for the club

At a pivotal moment in the history of Ittihad Al-Ramtha Sports Club, Mr. Mansour Obeidallah announced his resignation from the club’s presidency after a journey that began in 2007, marked by challenges and achievements during one of the most difficult periods experienced by Jordanian clubs.

In an official letter addressed to the club’s board of directors, Obeidallah confirmed that his decision came after a careful review of the past phase and in anticipation of future requirements.

He explained that he carried the responsibility of the presidency with love and absolute faith in the entity of "Ittihad Al-Ramtha," despite the turbulent waves of financial and administrative challenges the club faced over the past years.

A renewed vision and continuous support

Obeidallah emphasized in his statement that the club, in the upcoming phase, needs new ideas and a renewed vision capable of injecting fresh energy into the club’s veins to continue its journey.

With his customary tone of loyalty, he affirmed that his resignation from the official position does not in any way mean distancing himself from the union house, as he will continue to be the club’s foremost supporter from any position.

Obeidallah concluded his tenure by extending his highest appreciation to the board members, the loyal fans who were a constant support, and everyone who contributed to building this sports institution during his presidency, wishing the next administration success and guidance in serving the interest of Jordanian sports and the city of Ramtha in general.
