The Portuguese football star and captain of his national team, Cristiano Ronaldo, expressed his sincere gratitude to US President Donald Trump for welcoming him and his fiancée to the White House during a brief visit to the US capital.
Ronaldo chose social media to document the high-profile meeting, sharing three photos with Trump and Georgina Rodríguez.
He captioned the images, saying: "Thank you, Mr. President, for your kind invitation and the warm welcome extended to me and my fiancée, Georgina."

Ronaldo had attended a formal black-tie dinner hosted by Trump in honor of Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman at the presidential residence.
