Hanadi Al-Kandari divorces her husband after 20 years

Kuwaiti actress Hanadi Al-Kandari announced her separation from her husband through a post on her official Snapchat account, causing shock across social media platforms. Hanadi Al-Kandari wrote: "Praise be to God for everything, may He guide me and guide him, the divorce is finalized."
Followers were surprised by the news, especially since Hanadi’s marriage to director Mohammed Al-Haddad lasted nearly 20 years, during which they had nine children.
Many wondered in the comments about the validity of the divorce, hoping that the post was a reaction out of anger or a temporary dispute that could be resolved, especially since Hanadi and Mohammed still share photos together on her official Instagram account. Among these photos was one taken just three days ago, to which Hanadi commented emotionally: "My support, you are my back and my whole life’s companion. When I complain or talk, I go to you. No matter how old I get, I will always live under your shadow, my love. May God keep your voice for a lifetime. They tell me you are my soulmate."
Traditional marriage and mother of nine Hanadi Al-Kandari (38 years old) had previously spoken about her personal life, confirming that she married traditionally at the age of 19, based on her desire to build a stable family before entering her thirties.
She recounted how she met her husband, director and actor Mohammed Al-Haddad, in Dubai during a musical event where they took photos together, expressing her hope to collaborate with him artistically before their marriage.
She also revealed that she is the mother of nine children—five boys and four girls—including four sets of twins, which surprised her audience as she had not previously disclosed this aspect of her personal life, unlike many other celebrities.
