1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp garlic powder

1 tbsp all-purpose flour

Marinade

½ cup chopped cilantro

½ cup chopped parsley

½ cup chopped basil

½ cup chopped red bell pepper

3 cloves grated garlic

2 tbsp lemon juice

⅔ tbsp olive oil

1 tsp sumac

Salt and pepper
