Min Hunna Nabda - Concerns over rising fruit and vegetable prices due to a shortage of refrigerated trucks

The Jordanian Fruit and Vegetable Exporters Association expressed concern over the backlog of its products due to a shortage of trucks and refrigerated trucks transporting Syrian and Lebanese products and goods from the Jordanian-Syrian border (Jaber) to the Gulf states.

The association notes that a large number of trucks and refrigerated trucks are transporting non-Jordanian products from the Jaber border crossing to the Gulf states due to the higher fees paid by non-Jordanian exporters.
