Mexican Kitchen - Taco with meat

Recipe ingredients:

Taco seasoning

A teaspoon of cumin

A teaspoon of paprika

A teaspoon of ground coriander

A teaspoon of garlic powder

A teaspoon of sugar

Half a teaspoon of oregano (thyme)

quarter tea spoon of black Peper

For the meat mixture:

olive oil

Small finely chopped onion

3 garlic cloves  crushed

Half a kilo of finely chopped veal meat (500g)

Taco seasoning:

Tomato juice, four tablespoons

salt

Half a cup of grated cheddar cheese
