For the Rice:- 5 cups Basmati rice- 1 tablespoon saffron water- 1/4 cup Zereshk (barberries)- 2 caramelized onions- 1/4 cup raisins- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric- 1/4 cup butter- Nuts for garnish
