For the rice:- 4 cups Basmati rice- 6 cloves garlic, minced- 1 onion, chopped- 1 cup chopped red bell pepper- 1 teaspoon turmeric- 1 can chickpeas- 1/4 cup vegetable oil- Salt and pepper
For the chicken:- 3 chickens, cut into pieces- 1 cup yogurt- 1/4 cup lemon juice- 1 tablespoon minced garlic- 1 teaspoon turmeric- 1/4 cup oil- 1 tablespoon tomato paste- Salt and pepper
