Ingredients:- 2 packets of premium kabab from Nabil- 1.5 kilograms of small-sized eggplants- 2 cups of tomato sauce- 1 finely chopped onion- 1 tablespoon of minced garlic- 1/4 cup of butter- 1/4 cup of basil flour- 2 cups of milk- A sprinkle of nutmeg- 1 cup of mozzarella cheese- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme- Salt and pepper
