Social media platforms were swept by a wave of grief following the announcement of the death of young boy Assaf, who drowned in a swimming pool at a residence in Riyadh—a heartbreaking incident that shook his family and the followers of his mother, well-known Snapchat influencer Yousha Abdulaziz.

His father, Mousa Al-Turki, shared the devastating news on his personal account on X, posting an emotional message that read: "Indeed, to God we belong and to Him we shall return. To God belongs what He takes and to Him belongs what He gives, and everything with Him has an appointed time."

Expressing his profound sorrow, the grieving father added: "My son Assaf has passed away. I ask God to make him an intercessor for his parents, and to make him one of the birds of Paradise."

Details of the incident and funeral Al-Turki explained that the funeral prayer would be held on Saturday after Asr prayer at Al-Rajhi Mosque in Riyadh, with the child’s burial at Al-Naseem Cemetery. The family invited friends and loved ones to extend their condolences at the home of his brother Abdullah in the Al-Qirawan district.
