½ cup ghee½ cup vegetable oil500 grams boneless chicken1 cup yogurt1 teaspoon red chili powder1 teaspoon turmeric1 teaspoon ground coriander1 ½ teaspoons garam masala½ teaspoon ground cumin1 teaspoon red pepper flakes1 tablespoon curry powder1 teaspoon salt½ cup roughly chopped mint leaves½ cup roughly chopped coriander leaves3 onions, sliced2 red tomatoes1 tablespoon grated green ginger3 cloves of garlic2 green chili peppers

Rice:

2 cups washed and soaked Basmati rice2 cardamom pods2 cloves1 cinnamon stick1 teaspoon whole cumin seeds1 star anise½ teaspoon whole black peppercorns2 bay leaves1 tablespoon saltLemon slices2 tablespoons ghee1 cup rose waterSaffron (optional)½ cup roughly chopped mint and coriander, almonds, raisins, and fried onion for garnish
