In this episode of the program "From Here We Begin," we discussed a range of service-related problems that directly affect citizens, and we presented them to decision-makers as follows:

We began by addressing the issue of "wheat allergy" patients, discussing the high cost of food and delayed diagnosis in the Aqaba Governorate. Then, we moved to the Al-Russeifa area in the Zarqa Governorate, where there is an "occupation" of sidewalks, which constitutes an infringement on the rights of citizens and impacts the public transportation system"s completion. This will only be achieved by approving the sidewalk project.

Finally, we didn"t neglect to follow up on the complaints that we passed on through our program.
