Ingredients:- 2 cups of sugar- 50 grams of butter- 2 cups of water

For the second layer:- 1 liter of liquid milk- 8 heaping tablespoons of cornstarch- ½ cup of sugar- 1 can of cream- Rosewater- For garnishing: pistachios and cream
