- 500 grams of cherry tomatoes, halved- Salt- 1 mozzarella cheese- 1 cup of black olives, halved- 1 cup of fresh chopped herbs: basil, parsley, mint, oregano, cilantro, green onion- Zest of 1 lemon- ½ cup of olive oil- Black pepper- 1 box of fusilli pasta or any type of short pasta- Red pepper flakes- Additional herbs for garnishing
