Recipe Ingredients:
Dough:- 1.5 cups of flour- 2.5 tablespoons of cornstarch (sifted twice)- 1.5 tablespoons of vegetable oil- A pinch of salt- 1/2 teaspoon of sugar- 1/2 cup of warm water
Semolina Sweetness:- 1/2 cup of coarse semolina- 1/2 cup of sugar- 1 and 3/4 cups of water- 125g can of Gaimar cream (optional)- A pinch of salt
For Decoration:- Powdered sugar- 2 ground mastic beads with 1 tablespoon of sugar
