The old cemetery in Jerash is witnessing a clear accumulation of waste within the graves and between the pathways, causing resentment among the families of the deceased who consider this scene a violation of the sanctity of the dead and an unacceptable act of negligence by the relevant authorities.
The residents are demanding that the municipality intervene immediately and implement permanent measures to prevent a recurrence of the problem and preserve the sanctity of the place.
