4 boiled, cooled, and diced potatoes
1 cup labneh (strained yogurt)
2 cloves garlic, grated
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped green onions
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped dill
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
