Greek Dressing

Two Recipes:

Greek Dressing:

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons yogurt

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 cloves garlic, crushed

1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried garlic

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Light according to power

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1 teaspoon lemon seasoning (optional)

Dill or thyme for serving

Chicken on the bone or shredded and pulled

Tzatziki:

2 cups yogurt

4 cucumbers

2 cloves garlic, crushed

2 tablespoons lemon juice

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper

Chopped dill

Garlic mint

*A complete healthy Greek-style meal:

Prepared chicken

Pre-cooked Quinoa
