Residents indicated that they have contacted the relevant authorities to file complaints, hoping to find a solution as soon as possible.

For their part, residents expressed their appreciation for the efforts of the service providers, calling for intensified monitoring and efforts to restore water supply to the building as soon as possible.

They also called for an investigation into the technical or operational causes that may have caused the outage to ensure the problem does not recur in the future.
