The "From Here We Start" program received a letter from Ghaith Muhammad, a resident of the Khreibet al-Yarmouk area in Irbid Governorate. He complained about the continuous water outage that has lasted for more than five years, as well as a significant decline in the efficiency of the water network, which he also said has not undergone any maintenance or development in about 15 years. The citizen confirmed that the dilapidated lines are no longer able to meet the needs of residents, forcing them to rely on water tankers at high prices, amid difficult economic conditions.
He pointed out that he has submitted dozens of complaints and demands to the relevant authorities without any response, emphasizing the difficulty of the situation during the dry summer months.
