The eastern city of Zarqa Governorate is experiencing a sharp decline in basic services. Garbage is piling up in the streets amid a clear lack of regular collection, sparking discontent among residents and threatening public health.

Residents suffer from frequent water and electricity outages, in addition to a severely weak transportation network and the lack of effective solutions to rehabilitate roads, exacerbating daily crises.

City residents are demanding that the relevant authorities develop an urgent plan to reorganize services and improve the infrastructure, before the situation turns into a full-blown crisis.
