For nearly three years, Al-Areen Health Center in the town of Al-Amriya, Giza District, south of the capital, Amman, has remained closed, despite its construction at a cost of more than 700 thousand dinars. To date, residents of the area have not been able to benefit from this long-awaited project.
The town of Al-Areen, located in the far east of Amriya, includes eleven population centers, in addition to residents of tents and shelters and workers on farms, all of whom suffer from the absence of basic health services.
