In this aspect of the From Here We Start programme, the Al-Hayat Center (Monitor) yesterday, Tuesday, launched the “Jordanian Voter’s Compass” website, which aims to enhance political awareness and help voters choose the party or candidate closest to their political orientations.
The website aims to increase citizens" interest in the elections and enable them to make decisions (choose) the party list that matches their views. The site also enhances partisan transparency regarding electoral rules.
This exceptional exercise revolves around answering 95 questions developed by specialists within packages including internal societal affairs, foreign policy, and the economic approach. The exercise concludes with an analysis of the answers to determine the ideological and intellectual trends of the parties and include them in the “compass” to serve as a guide for voters.
