"In this segment of the "From Here We Begin" program, despite the high-quality services provided by the Al-Rabba Comprehensive Health Center, its situation has remained unchanged for more than ten years, amidst continuous population growth that increases pressure on the center. Despite repeated demands to develop and expand the center, implementation processes are frequently halted, even though the necessary funds have been allocated. There is a shortage of supplies and equipment, forcing many to go to hospitals. Although an amount was allocated in the 2023 budget and an agreement was signed with a contractor, the project was halted by the Ministry of Health. The center is the only one serving three districts, or approximately 60,000 people."
