**Lentil Salad**
- 1 cup cooked lentils- 2 cups chopped parsley- 2 tomatoes, chopped- 3 cucumbers- 2 green onions- 2 celery stalks
**For the dressing:**
- 2 tablespoons sumac- 1 tablespoon dried mint- Salt to taste- 1/4 cup olive oil- 1/2 cup lemon juice- 1/4 cup tahini- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
