**Cake:**- 5 large eggs- 3/4 cup (150g) sugar- 1/4 cup (50g) sugar- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract- 1 teaspoon white vinegar- 1/3 cup (80ml) milk- 1 cup (125g) flour- 1.25 teaspoons baking powder- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda- 1/2 teaspoon salt
**Milk Mixture:**- 1 can (400ml) coconut milk- 1 can (400ml) coconut cream- 1 cup (250ml) milk- 1/2 cup sugar
**For Decoration:**- Whipped cream- Fruit- Mint
