 In this segment of the "From Here We Start" program, we discuss one of the infrastructure issues faced by Irbid Governorate in the northern part of the Kingdom. The area known as "Hayy Al-Zibl" in the governorate suffers from poor infrastructure, which has resulted in increased financial burdens there.
