Missing items from the villa after Hamo Bika’s departure Utility bills unpaid for a full year

In a new incident that has sparked widespread attention, the name of Egyptian festival singer Hamo Bika has been linked to an official complaint filed against him, including accusations of misappropriating items and causing damage inside a rented villa in 6th of October City, in addition to unpaid financial dues.

Security authorities in Giza Governorate are continuing to review the complaint submitted by a doctor, who stated that the singer rented the villa for a specific period. However, after the end of the lease, it was found that several items were missing, including five carpets and a dining chair, along with damage to parts of the property such as walls, curtains, and plumbing installations.

The complainant also explained that utility bills remained unpaid throughout the one-year rental period, as well as the failure to pay the agreed rent, which led to the accumulation of financial obligations on the property.

According to his statements, he repeatedly attempted to contact the other party in order to resolve the matter amicably and settle the dispute directly, but these attempts received no response. This prompted him to eventually file an official complaint accusing the singer of causing financial losses.

The relevant authorities are continuing to examine the details of the incident and hear statements from all parties involved, as part of ongoing legal procedures to determine the facts of the case.
