Singer Sherine Abdel Wahab is preparing to release her new music album, marking her return to her fans after a long absence. She has begun continuous artistic working sessions while undergoing a recovery period at home, following a recent health issue, according to Egyptian media reports.

Lyricist Tamer Hussein revealed in media statements that Sherine’s return to the music scene will be through a new album featuring some of the top music creators in Egypt and the Arab world, including lyricists, composers, and arrangers such as Amr Mostafa, Aziz El Shafei, Madian, and music arranger Touma. The project is expected to mark a strong comeback in the summer of 2026.

Collaboration with Mohamed Hamaki

In a notable development, singer Mohamed Hamaki surprised Sherine’s fans by announcing a musical collaboration with her in his upcoming album, featuring a romantic duet that will be their first joint work. The song is written by Tamer Hussein and arranged by Touma and is set to be one of the album’s biggest surprises.

Hamaki stated that Sherine showed great enthusiasm for the project, and both artists agreed on selecting the lyrics together, with recording scheduled for the coming period.

Hamaki is also finalizing his long-awaited new album for an upcoming release. The album will include a variety of songs ranging from romantic and dramatic tracks to upbeat summer hits, in collaboration with some of Egypt’s top lyricists and composers, including Ayman Bahgat Qamar, Tamer Hussein, Aziz El Shafei, Mohamed Yehia, Amr Mostafa, and Madian.
