Facebook has unveiled a new initiative called “Creator Fast Track,” designed to help content creators grow quickly on the platform while guaranteeing a steady income and increasing the reach of their posts.
The announcement follows the company revealing it paid nearly $3 billion to creators in 2025 through monetization programs, a 35% increase over the previous year and its highest annual total to date.
The program aims to attract creators with established audiences on other platforms—such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube—encouraging them to share their content on Facebook without starting from scratch.
It provides eligible creators with expanded reach for Reels content, along with three months of guaranteed payment for sharing qualifying clips on the platform.
Participants can earn $1,000 per month if they have at least 100,000 followers on any of the other platforms, and $3,000 per month if they exceed one million followers.
The program also grants qualified creators immediate access to Facebook’s monetization tools without meeting the platform’s standard requirements, such as minimum follower counts, allowing them to continue earning even after the program ends.
Yair Livne, VP of Creator Products at Facebook, said, “Our goal was to make it easier for creators to join the platform and build their audience without the challenge of starting from scratch, which is why we launched this program.”
He added that Facebook will continue supporting creators who need more than three months to grow their audience, boosting reach until they find their suitable audience.
Livne emphasized that the program doesn’t require new, exclusive content; creators can use their successful existing content to participate, allowing faster onboarding.
Facebook also revealed that the number of creators earning over $10,000 annually increased by more than 30% compared to last year, with around 60% of total payouts going to Reels and the remainder distributed among Stories, photos, and text posts.
The platform is introducing new metrics to help creators better understand their earnings:
-
Qualified Views – shows the number of views eligible for revenue.
-
Earnings Rate – estimates revenue per 1,000 qualified views.
-
Non-Qualified Views – explains why some views don’t qualify and how to improve future earnings.
