Meeh Az El-Din Is at Home Following Surgery Ahmed Taimour: A Thousand Thanks for All the Prayers

Ahmed Taimour, the husband of Egyptian actress Meeh Az El-Din, reassured the public after her health improved, as the actress was discharged from the hospital to continue her treatment at home following a recent surgical operation.

Taimour posted on his official Instagram account on Saturday evening: "Meeh has been discharged from the hospital, praise be to God," adding that his wife will complete her recovery period at home. He also expressed gratitude to everyone who prayed for her, checked on her health, and supported her during her illness.

Adhesions and Pressure on the Pelvis

Meeh Az El-Din had undergone a delicate surgery on her intestines and stomach after a severe accumulation of pus in the abdominal area, which caused adhesions and pressure on the pelvis, necessitating urgent surgical intervention.

The actress spent several days in intensive care under close monitoring before her condition stabilized and the medical committee allowed her to leave the hospital. It is noted that her husband, who married her in November 2025, was the main source of updates regarding her health, reassuring the public multiple times about her progress.

Meeh Az El-Din missed the 2026 Ramadan drama season after her series "Before and After" withdrew from competition. Her last drama work was the series "My Heart and Its Key", which aired during Ramadan 2025, starring alongside Asser Yassin, Diab, and Ashraf Abdel-Baqi.
