Preliminary tests reveal brain issues "Diaa was struggling with movement and speech"

Egyptian actor Diaa Al-Mirghani suffered a sudden health setback that required his immediate hospitalization, where preliminary tests revealed problems in his brain.

As his condition worsened, his family decided to transfer him to a specialized hospital for brain disorders to receive proper care, where he underwent a series of medical tests to accurately diagnose his condition.

The actor's wife confirmed that Diaa was having difficulty moving and speaking, noting that the test results are still pending and praying for his speedy recovery. She added that his symptoms included a disturbance in consciousness, which required rapid intervention by the medical team to transfer him to a hospital in Sheikh Zayed.

Meanwhile, Diaa Al-Mirghani denied rumors about retiring from acting, stressing that his life remains calm with his family and that his love for his audience is unchanged. During his recognition at the Actors’ Syndicate Festival, he said: "I have not retired, and I will return soon to the audience I missed. My real happiness is seeing them and interacting with them."

Diaa added that being honored by the syndicate was a moving moment, highlighting that the legendary actor Adel Imam played a key role in his fame. He said: "The syndicate did a wonderful thing by honoring us, and this gives us a big boost to continue and participate in upcoming works."

Regarding his absence from the artistic scene recently, Diaa explained that he suffered a leg injury that limited his mobility, but he is now undergoing treatment and preparing to return strongly with new artistic projects soon, expressing gratitude to the audience who never forgot him and supported him during his absence.
