Rayahneh clarified in an official statement that the photo was taken after he sustained an injury during the shooting of a scene, denying any connection to other projects, and confirming that his health is stable. He said: "The injury happened while performing a scene that required high effort and concentration, not due to any circumstances outside the filming process."
