Nahla Tawfiq, wife of Egyptian artist Hany Shaker, reassured the audience of the "prince of Arabic singing" about his health after he underwent urgent spinal surgery.

She said he left the hospital after the operation and is now resting at home, according to a source close to Hany Shaker.

She confirmed that his condition is stable and that he is in good health, noting that the decision to postpone the concert came on the recommendation of the medical team to ensure he has sufficient rest before returning to performing.

In an official statement, Hany Shaker’s official page announced the rescheduling of the concert to April 2, with all previously purchased tickets remaining valid, expressing gratitude to the audience for their understanding and support, and promising an exceptional night worthy of his status as the prince of Arabic singing.

Hany Shaker also categorically denied reports circulating on some websites claiming his fortune exceeded one billion dollars, clarifying that he does not own any major business ventures, and that his focus remains on his artistic work and family commitments, far from any imaginary wealth.
