Ismail El-Leithy’s Friend: “Ismail Was Lost, Distracted, and Not Eating Well” Ismail El-Leithy Suffered a Severe Brain Hemorrhage Followed by Bleeding from the Ears

A close friend of the late popular singer Ismail El-Leithy revealed the final moments of his life before he tragically passed away following a severe car accident, which left him with a skull fracture and internal bleeding.

In media statements, the friend added that he performed the rituals of Umrah on behalf of the deceased, as a gesture of love and loyalty.

With deep sorrow, he said: “Ismail was lost and distracted before the accident, and he wasn’t eating well. After the accident, I took his medical report to show doctors in Saudi Arabia, said goodbye before leaving, and performed Umrah for him. My heart aches for you, my lifelong friend.”

Sudden Health Deterioration

Regarding his health before his death, the final hours saw a sharp decline at Mallawi General Hospital in Minya Governorate. Egyptian medical sources confirmed that he suffered a severe brain hemorrhage, followed by bleeding from the ears just minutes before he passed away.

The medical source indicated that El-Leithy had been under intensive care on a ventilator, after struggling with serious complications affecting his kidneys and nervous system. However, his condition suddenly worsened early yesterday, ending his life tragically.
