• Young man from London travels to Morocco for a haircut due to high prices

• Plane ticket cost just £15

Muscab Salad, a 22-year-old from West London, decided to travel nearly 1,900 miles to Morocco for a haircut after finding barber prices in London extremely high.

The idea came to him after noticing that some Arab countries offer haircuts at much lower prices.

When he saw a plane ticket to Morocco for just £15, he decided that making the long trip could be the best option.

He wanted a fresh new look ahead of a trip to Barcelona, as no one wants to be seen with a bad haircut in Spain. He was able to fly directly from Morocco to Catalonia after finding a barber at a fraction of the cost he would have paid in London.

Muscab said: "My barber in London charges £35, which I think is the average price in the city. I usually get my hair cut here and I’m loyal to my barber, but I thought it would be a good idea to try going abroad."
