Actress Wafaa Amer posted a cryptic message on her personal Facebook account, sparking curiosity among her fans about her upcoming project, without revealing any details.

Legal action against defamation

Separately, Wafaa Amer announced that she is taking legal action against three individuals who accused her of lying and spreading falsehoods on social media, affirming her trust in the Egyptian judiciary and Interior Ministry to protect citizens’ rights.

During an interview on the program Kalimah Akhira with host Ahmed Salem on ON E channel, Wafaa stated: "I filed lawsuits against Marwa Yousry, an Egyptian residing in Kuwait, and a Saudi individual who spoke about me in an offensive manner," stressing that she defends herself through the law and that justice guarantees everyone’s rights.

Her recent works

It is worth noting that Wafaa Amer participated in several projects during the past Ramadan season, most notably Gooder 2 alongside Yasser Galal, Nour El Lebanese, Yasmin Raees, Jehan Al-Shamasherji, Tara Emad, and Ahmed Bedeer. She also collaborated with Yasmin Sabri in the series Al-Amira – Dhal Hayta, starring Nicolas Mouawad and several other actors.
