Egyptian actress Mona Farouk shared a photo on her Instagram Stories revealing that she had suffered a health setback, which led to her being admitted to a hospital to receive necessary treatment. She asked her fans and followers to pray for her speedy recovery.

In the photo, Mona is seen lying on a hospital bed wearing an oxygen mask, with an IV drip attached to her hand. She wrote: “O Lord of the people, remove the affliction, heal, You are the Healer. There is no healing but Your healing, a healing that leaves no illness behind. Please pray for my swift recovery.”
