Actor Karim Maghawry, the son of veteran actor Sami Maghawry, was transferred to a hospital after suffering a sudden health crisis that required him to be admitted to the intensive care unit.

Karim reassured his fans through an Instagram “Story,” where he shared a photo of himself lying in a hospital bed in intensive care, writing: “Please pray for my recovery, my dear loved ones… this is my second night in intensive care. O Allah, heal me and grant me wellness, Ameen.”

A delicate surgery Back in July, Maghawry revealed that he had undergone a complex surgery that lasted six hours. The procedure included repairing a diaphragmatic hernia, clearing the stomach, as well as gastric resection and a bypass.

It is worth mentioning that Karim Maghawry graduated from the Higher Institute of Theatrical Arts in 2007 with a degree in Acting and Directing. He has appeared in several television dramas, including Tiatro, Mazad Al-Shar, Al-Gama’a 2, and Settat Qadera. He has also starred in films such as Maali Mama, Socrates and Nabila, and Ala Ganb Ya Osta.
