Having recently returned from her medical treatment in Germany, Angham chose to connect with her audience through her voice rather than written words. She posted a touching audio message on Instagram, where she recounted the details of her health ordeal and her journey of treatment.

“Your prayers were my medicine”

In her message, Angham began with a voice heavy with emotion, saying she had thought long and hard before speaking out, but felt the need to address her audience directly. She added: “Your prayers were the medicine and the hand that pulled me up—after God and the doctors. From the bottom of my heart, thank you to everyone who stood by me.”

She revealed that her greatest fear during the ordeal was leaving her children, stressing that all she wished for was to return to them and share in their joy once again. Angham admitted that the crisis forced her to confront her vulnerability for the first time, but she did not feel ashamed to show that weakness before her fans, whom she described as her true family: “I am a part of you, and I’m not wrong to reveal my weakness before my loved ones.
