Egyptian journalist Mahmoud Saad revealed the latest updates on the health condition of Egyptian singer Angham, who is currently receiving treatment in Germany under close medical supervision.

Saad confirmed in a post on his Facebook account that the singer is experiencing severe pain despite some improvements in her medical test results, noting that doctors may need to perform a non-surgical intervention soon.

He said, "To all of Angham's fans who keep asking about her… I just received a call to check on her health… As of now, Angham is in severe pain… She had started eating a few days ago, but now she has regressed due to the pain."

"Prayers for her speedy recovery"

The journalist added, "Her tests showed some good results, thank God, while others are still unstable, which is why a non-surgical procedure may be needed in the coming period… There is currently no news regarding her discharge from the hospital." He also asked fans to pray for her, saying, "May God ease her pain, heal her, and bring her back safely."

Mahmoud Saad continues to reassure Angham's fans about her condition through calls with her eldest son, Omar Aref, emphasizing that she is under continuous care by her medical team.

Pancreatic cyst removal

Angham had traveled to Germany over two weeks ago and underwent an endoscopic procedure to remove a pancreatic cyst. Subsequent tests required an additional surgical intervention to remove the remaining part of the cyst along with a portion of the pancreas, which was carried out in recent days under close medical supervision.
