"Zeina reveals terrifying details: "My children fled from a loose dog and hid

Egyptian actress Zeina revealed shocking details about her children being attacked by an unleashed dog at a playground in a residential compound, which resulted in injuries to one of them.
In a phone interview on a TV program, Zeina confirmed that the incident caused severe psychological trauma to her children, to the extent that they refused to attend their final exams.
She recounted: “I let my kids play at the playground and left briefly to buy something from the supermarket. Suddenly, my son called me screaming, ‘Help me, mom! A dog is attacking us, and I got hurt!’” She added that one of her sons injured his hand on a nail while trying to escape, while the other sustained scratches from the dog.
Zeina’s Children Were in a State of Shock
Zeina explained that she found her sons hiding in the security office, overwhelmed with fear and confusion. She immediately approached the playground supervisor, who identified the child who owned the dog — a boy around 11 years old.
She continued: “I asked to speak with his mother, but was shocked when a woman started verbally attacking me, even though I approached her respectfully. Her husband tried to calm her down, but she continued to lash out and accused me of attacking them at their home.”
Zeina stated that the Ministry of Interior responded swiftly once the incident was reported and ordered a formal complaint to be filed. The boy and the dog were taken to the police station, where Zeina met MP Mohamed El Garhy, who personally apologized to her son.
She added that she was shocked to learn a counter complaint had been filed against her, accusing her of chasing the boy with her car — a claim she strongly denied. “All this just because they didn’t want a complaint filed against them, so they turned it on me! I was running to protect my children, not to go after the boy,” she said.
Demand to Review Security Cameras
Zeina demanded a review of the security footage to prove what really happened, noting the lasting emotional toll on her sons. “My son wakes up terrified and refuses to go to school. All this happened due to negligence and lack of accountability,” she said.
Zeina concluded with a firm message: “I won’t stay silent. I want justice through the law. Just like Mohamed Ramadan’s son was treated by the law, we also have rights in our country!”
