"My Heart Beat in Egypt": Syrian Artist Celebrates Engagement to Egyptian Woman – Photos

Syrian director Sadeer Massoud, son of renowned actor Ghassan Massoud, celebrated his engagement to young Egyptian woman Nada Kamal El-Hefnawy, according to announcements made on his social media accounts.
Massoud shared photos with his fiancée taken in Egypt's capital, Cairo, in front of the Giza Pyramids and the Sphinx, with a caption that read: "My heart beat in Egypt and found its rhythm in loving her."
Sadeer and Nada previously worked together on the series "Maw’ed Ma’a Al-Maadi" (A Date with the Past), which premiered on a streaming platform in early December 2024.
Writer Loutis Massoud, Sadeer’s sister, congratulated him with heartfelt words:"The sweetest and most precious groom in the world! The second father after my dad, my support, the most compassionate heart and strongest backing—has become a groom. My brother… how small this word feels, yet how huge it is, as big as my joy for you both today, and for our parents who witnessed their first life celebration—a groom. Sadeer, my love, and Nada, our beautiful bride who, thanks to you, became a part of our hearts in beautiful Egypt, with your beauty and beautiful soul. May God bless and protect you both, and may we soon see little Sadeers and little Nadas that we’ll carry on our shoulders and in our hearts… I love you both."
Sadeer Massoud has directed a number of notable television dramas, most prominently "Interview with Mr. Adam", which received widespread acclaim.
