In this episode, we reviewed the service challenges we encountered in the fifth week of the program"s launch. Additionally, a new set of service-related problems emerged as follows:
In Ajloun, an initial solution was provided for the water crisis in the Um Al-Ashush area. In Ma"an, difficulties persist in providing medicines and medical staff in Al-Muraygha with no clear solution so far.
In Amman, a proposed solution to the issue of accountability with citizens" interests faced significant challenges. Finally, in Amman again, the Al-Amiriyya area experienced delays in providing transportation despite previous unfulfilled promises.
