Episode 02 - Episode Eight - Harvesting Honey

In the Gaza Strip, there are 300 beekeepers and 20,000 beehives producing 200 tons of honey. In this episode, we will learn about the origins of the story and when Palestinian farmers started beekeeping. We will also familiarize ourselves with several terms related to beekeeping and beekeepers, as well as the components of a beehive and the roles of bees inside the hive. Additionally, we will explore the factors that affect honey production and the honey harvesting seasons.
