Bisan takes us on a journey to discover the importance of wheat in Palestine. We find that it is considered one of the vital agricultural crops in this region, as wheat is grown in various areas of the West Bank and Gaza Strip. Traditional wheat farming holds significant importance in Palestine"s agricultural heritage.

In addition to its economic and nutritional significance, wheat holds a cultural role in Palestine. The wheat spike or "sabla" is a part of the plant used in embroidery and decoration. It is an essential component of traditional Palestinian clothing, and many artistic pieces depict the wheat spike, symbolizing the history of the Palestinian people and the Palestinian farmer.

Palestine also witnesses the beginning of wedding seasons after the harvest season, where the harvest and wheat harvesting are celebrated as important and distinctive stages in the lives of Palestinian farmers. They celebrate the success of the agricultural season and share joyous occasions such as weddings and other social events with their families and friends.
