The government launched the executive program for the cleanliness strategy and the reduction of indiscriminate waste dumping. This included:

Installing 300 cameras to monitor violations and electronically linking these violations to judicial authorities. This comes amidst a shortage of waste containers and bins in many areas, according to citizens.
