Our program "From Here We Begin" received a complaint from residents of Al-Mutla village in Mafraq Governorate, detailing their ongoing suffering due to the lack of basic services.
We contacted the Health Directorate and the Mafraq Governorate Council, who graciously responded to the appeal.
